IDE Cutting Head INNOVATION WINWIN
Whether you’re looking for a custom, proprietary cutting head to sell with your OEM system, or a standard, top-of-the-line cutting head solution, WINWIN is a partner you can rely on for guaranteed success.
The integrated diamond cutting head realizes the absolute concentricity between the diamond orifice and the mixing chamber. This is the key to ensuring the service life of the cutting nozzle. The structure of the split cutting head will be caused by small particles on the sealing surface or uneven torsion caused by compaction. The orifice and the mixing chamber are different concentricity, which will cause excessive wear on the single side of the cutting nozzle when used, resulting in premature aging, attenuation of abrasive strength, and reduced cutting performance.
The integrated diamond cutting head will avoid the deflection of the waterjet, the weak cutting ability, the waste of materials, the large cutting gap, and the premature failure of the nozzle.

PRECISION ALIGNED CARTRIDGE TECHNOLOGY for WATERJET
The integrated diamond cutting head is a concentric cutting head system in the true sense, which minimizes wear and extends the service life of the cutting nozzles, and transports the abrasive to the workpieces with the greatest strength for the most effective cutting.
Before leaving the factory, each set of diamond cutting heads is subjected to high-pressure testing in the factory to ensure the quality of jet and durability.
These factors result in jet stream deflection, cutting degradation, wasted material and premature cutting head failure:
- Sloppy Orifice Maintenance
- Stack-up Errors
- Abrasive Particles
- Metal Shavings
- Unclean Work Environments
